Paul Branin

Paul Branin has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in various roles within the senior living and healthcare industry. Paul currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Health Dimensions Group since July 2023. Before that, they worked as a Vice President at CBRE from September 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Asset Manager at Columbia Pacific Advisors, LLC from April 2017 to September 2022. Paul also worked as a Healthcare Account Executive at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from 2011 to 2017. Paul has held various leadership roles, including Regional Vice President of Operations at Atria Senior Living, Vice President of Operations at Senior Services Of America, National Director of Operations Development at Emeritus, and Vice President of Operations at Oakdale Heights Senior Living. Paul began their career as a Senior Regional Director of Operations at ASSISTED LIVING CONCEPTS INC. in 2002 and as an Executive Director at HCR ManorCare in 2000. Throughout their career, Paul has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in senior living operations and asset management.

Paul Branin received their Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Roanoke College, where they attended from 1992 to 1994.
