Dr. Debra Clary

Dr. Debra Clary is an accomplished executive coach, business consultant, and global speaker with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Dr. Clary serves as an Executive Coach at the International Coaching Federation, and holds multiple positions including Global Speaker and Executive Coach at The Clary Group, Limited Partner at How Women Invest, and Corporate Board Director at Health-E Commerce. Dr. Clary's past roles include Associate Vice President at Humana, Vice President Strategy at Brown-Forman, Vice President Global Marketing at PAPA John’s Pizza, and Marketing Executive at The Coca-Cola Company. Dr. Clary holds a Doctorate in Leader and Organizational Development from The George Washington University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Michigan State University, and is currently pursuing a certification in Organizational Leadership, Influence and Negotiation from MIT Sloan School of Management.
