John Elliott has extensive work experience in various managerial roles within the customer service industry. John began their career in 1997 at TeleTech, where they served as a Training Manager and later as a Program Manager for clients in sectors such as wireless communications, banking, finance, technology, and travel. In 2000, they joined Percepta, a Ford Motor Company joint venture, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Manager of the Project Management Office in Europe and Manager of Professional Services in Australia-Pacific. From 2004 to 2005, John was the Director of Client Services at StarTek. In 2005, they worked as an Account Executive at LiveBridge (ACS Inc.), handling senior client relationships and business development for financial services clients. Since 2006, John has been with HEALTHeCAREERS Network, initially serving as the Director of Client Services before transitioning to their current role as the Director of Corporate Planning and Analysis.
John Elliott obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History (Political Science) from Penn State University, completing their studies between 1987 and 1991. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA degree in International Business at Cardean University from 2005 to 2007.
