Joseph Zera

Joseph Zera has extensive experience in telecommunications and infrastructure management, currently serving as Manager of Infrastructure & Operations at Healthfirst since September 2011. Previously, Joseph held various roles including Lead Technical Analyst and Telecom Technician at Healthfirst. Prior to that, experience includes serving as a Senior Onsite Technician at Unitell World Wide Communications, Level II VOIP Technician and Assistant Vice President at Barclays Capital, and Senior Onsite Technician at Unitell Worldwide Communications. Joseph's background encompasses significant responsibilities in managing MAC work, trouble ticket support, and voice telecom systems, with proficiency in both Cisco and Nortel technologies. Joseph earned an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Kingsborough Community College from 1997 to 1999.
