Justin Hamby

Justin Hamby, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Delegated Vendor Management at Healthfirst since January 2024. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Aetna, where responsibilities spanned strategic analysis, planning, and Medicaid Utilization Management from November 2019 to January 2024. At Highland Rivers Health, Justin oversaw operations support, managing a $55M budget and contract administration. Previous positions involved directing field services at X-Ray Technical Services, serving as an EMT at Amtran Medical Transport, and holding various leadership roles in the US Army, including deployment in Iraq.
