Neeti Adlakha

Neeti Adlakha is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Director of Application Development at Healthfirst since July 2019, focusing on the delivery of Correspondence and content management systems using Alfresco. Prior to this role, Neeti held various positions at Quest Diagnostics from April 2003 to June 2019, including Senior Manager of Application Development, where responsibilities included enabling enterprise reporting applications and engaging with customers for requirements analysis. Neeti showcased expertise in data management by leading the development of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance solutions, as well as implementing centralized reporting systems. Initial career stages included roles as an Application DBA and Database Developer, with foundational experience beginning at Tata Consultancy Services and an engineering degree from Punjab Engineering College completed in 1999.
