Raechel Schwartz

Raechel Schwartz, LCSW, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Healthfirst since January 2023. Prior to this role, Raechel held the position of Director of Behavioral Health at EmblemHealth from July 2021 to January 2023. Raechel has extensive experience in behavioral health, having worked as the Director of Utilization Management for Children's Services at Beacon Health Options from October 2018 to July 2021 and as a Psychotherapist in Private Practice from August 2017 to July 2021. Previous positions include Clinical Team Lead and Clinical Case Manager at Beacon Health Options, Social Worker at JCCA, and Social Worker at The Children's Village. Raechel began the career as a Bereavement Programs Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator Assistant at Hospice Care in Westchester and Putnam. Raechel earned a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
