William Nowell serves as the Director of Workforce Effectiveness-Digital Operations at Healthfirst since May 2022, where a centralized process for system requests has been successfully implemented. Previously, William held the position of Vice President of Customer Care at Michael and Son Services, contributing to significant sales growth by enhancing customer experience through an IVR system.
