Keonna Baldwin has over 18 years of experience in administrative and operational roles, currently serving as the Manager of Impact Administration and Operations at Health Forward Foundation since April 2014. In this position, Keonna also holds the title of Grant System Administrator, showcasing expertise in managing grant operations. Prior to this, Keonna spent nearly nine years at Immigration and Citizenship Services - Zimmerman Associates INC, starting as a Clerk I and advancing to General Clerk III and Team Lead, reflecting a solid foundation in clerical and team leadership skills.
