Javier Colás Fustero

Javier Colás Fustero is the Director of the Cluster de Innovación Tecnológica en Biomedicina y Biotecnología de Comunidad de Madrid at Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d since February 2023. Javier serves as President of Additum Blockchain, facilitating market access for biomedical and digital medicine innovations, and has been the Director of Innovation at the Health Care Institute of ESADE Business & Law School since 2018. Javier holds advisory positions at Health in Code and Universidad de Mondragón, and is a member of the Sociedad Española de Cardiología. Javier has been a patron at Fundación IMAS and HM Hospitales, and was the Regional Vice President and President of Medtronic Spain & Portugal until 2018. Javier's educational background includes an engineering degree in Telecommunications and Medicine from Universidad de Alcalá de Henares and a diploma in International Marketing from INSEAD.
