Pamela Herdman, RHIT, CCS, COC, currently serves as an Inpatient Coding Specialist at Health Information Associates, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, Pamela held various positions including Supervisor of Coding Services at UASI from December 2018 to July 2023 and HIM Coder at Wythe County Community Hospital from February 2018 to December 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Supervisor/Manager of Coding Services at UASI from January 2012 to June 2017 and Health Information Management Coding Specialist at Jackson General Hospital from May 1995 to December 2011. Pamela holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology from Mountwest Community and Technical College, which was completed between 2016 and 2018.
