Michael Ridgwell

Michael Ridgwell currently serves as the Chief Operational Officer at Health Innovation Network, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Michael was an Associate at Carnall Farrar, contributing to various projects in the healthcare and life sciences sectors from April 2022 to July 2025. Michael also held key leadership positions as Interim Director of Delivery at Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICS and Interim Chief Operating Officer at Royal Free Charity. Notably, from March 2016 to May 2020, Michael was Deputy Chief Executive Officer and STP Programme Director for the Kent and Medway NHS Sustainability and Transformation Partnership, focusing on complex healthcare change initiatives. Michael holds a BSc Hons in Human Biology from King's College London and a DMS in Management Studies from the University of Bedfordshire.
