Kayleigh Rosewell, PhD, is an experienced evaluation researcher currently working at Health Innovation South West since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kayleigh served as a Senior Research Associate at Lancaster University from January 2018 to January 2024 and as a Widening Participation Research and Evaluation Officer at the University of Leicester for most of 2017. Kayleigh's expertise includes developing and reviewing evaluation strategies aimed at enhancing student access, participation, and success in higher education, as well as designing and delivering qualitative and quantitative research projects to assess the outcomes and impacts of various interventions. Previous positions include Interventions Advisor at Indirect Dyslexia Learning, Research Associate at Lancaster University, and Research Assistant at Dhe Solutions Ltd. Kayleigh holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Research and a Master’s degree in Educational Research, both from Lancaster University, along with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from Nottingham Trent University.
