Richard Blackwell is currently serving as the Associate Director of Insight at Health Innovation South West. In this role, Richard is responsible for producing information to inform decision making for various projects and programs. Richard also serves as the Information Analysis Manager, overseeing knowledge management activities within the organization. Prior to their current roles, Richard held positions at Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust and NHS Devon, where Richard focused on performance analysis and information submission. With a background in Chemical Engineering from The University of Sheffield, Richard has a diverse professional experience ranging from software engineering to teaching English.
