Sofia Colantuono Ms

Sofia Colantuono, MS, RD, is a Registered Dietitian at Health Loft since September 2022, with additional experience as a Sales Associate at The Vitamin Shoppe since December 2020. Past roles include Sports Nutrition Graduate Assistant at Northern Illinois University, where responsibilities involved managing interns, organizing team meetings, and preparing nutrition education materials, alongside direct support for NIU athletes. Previous internships were completed at Linden Oaks Behavioral Health and Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital. Early career experience includes customer service at Fountain View Fitness and coordination of the Body Project program focused on body image education. Sofia holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Illinois University and a degree from Illinois State University.
