Robin A. Preston

Robin Preston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health management and policy, currently serving as Senior Regional Vice President at Health Management Associates since April 2022. Previously, Robin held various roles at IBM, including Associate Partner/Vice President and Senior Director, where responsibilities included coaching initiatives for Maternal & Infant Health and Oral Health under the Innovation Accelerator Program with the Centers for Medicaid and CHIP Services. Prior to IBM, Robin worked at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services from July 2012 to September 2017, culminating in the role of Acting Group Director, overseeing Medicaid and CHIP program policies and operations. Robin's early career includes leadership positions at ValueOptions and Chartered Health Plan, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Maryland.
