Ai Sim Tan

Ai Sim Tan 陈爱心 has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over 20 years. Ai Sim currently holds the position of Executive Vice President Human Resources at HMI Group since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Circles.Life as the Vice President, People & Culture from May 2022 to June 2023. Ai Sim also served as the Head of People Partnering, People & Culture from February to May 2022 at the same company.

Before their time at Circles.Life, they held the role of Regional Human Resources/Health & Safety Director, Asia at Cognita Schools from July 2020 to February 2022. Ai Sim was also the Head of Human Resources, ASEAN at Syngenta from April 2017 to December 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Schneider Electric as the Head of Human Resources, Singapore from February 2016 to April 2017.

Earlier in their career, Ai Sim Tan held various HR leadership roles at companies such as Lenovo, Honeywell Process Solutions, Microsoft, and Hewlett-Packard. Notably, they served as the HR Director, ASEAN Commercial & AP Enterprise Server Group at Lenovo from November 2007 to December 2015. Overall, Ai Sim Tan has a wealth of experience in HR management and leadership roles across multiple industries.

Ai Sim Tan obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government and Japanese Studies from the National University of Singapore. Prior to that, they completed their A levels in Commerce at Catholic Junior College. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained the certification of IHRP - Senior Professional from the Institute of Human Resources Professional.
