Patricia Quan

Patricia Quan is a seasoned professional in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with extensive experience in providing services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Currently serving as the Lead Autism Clinical Care Analyst at Health Net Federal Services since April 2021, Patricia manages processes to enhance patient care under TRICARE’s Autism Care Demonstration. Previously, Patricia held the position of Lead Clinical Manager at Easterseals Northern California, delivering ABA services to support individuals with disabilities. Other notable roles include Senior Clinician at Trumpet Behavioral Health, where Patricia supervised clinicians and therapists, and earlier positions in behavior intervention and clinical assistance, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the independence and quality of life for individuals affected by developmental disabilities. Patricia holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UC San Diego.
