Sarika Joshi

Medical Director at Health Net Federal Services

Sarika Joshi has over 19 years of work experience in the medical field. Sarika started their career as a Pediatrics Resident at Children's National Health System in 2002 and went on to become a Pediatric Pulmonary Fellow and Attending Physician in the Complex Care Program. From 2011 to 2015, Sarika worked at Health Services for Children with Special Needs, where they held various roles including Medical Director and Interim Chief Medical Officer. Sarika also worked as a Utilization Management Physician during this time. In 2014, they joined HSC Pediatric Center as a Hospitalist and Pediatric Pulmonary Consultant. Sarika Joshi's most recent position was at Health Net Federal Services, where they served as a Medical Director starting in 2015.

Sarika Joshi completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology at Stanford University from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. Sarika Joshi has achieved additional certifications including being Board Certified as a Pediatric Pulmonologist by the American Board of Pediatrics in November 2010, and as a Pediatrician in November 2005.
