Katie Terry Lavin

Katie Terry Lavin is an accomplished professional in healthcare network management with extensive experience in contract negotiation and relationship management. Currently serving as the Regional Network Director at Health Net since December 2018, Katie previously held key positions at Counsyl, including Associate Director of Health Plans and Health Plan Account Executive, and at UCSF as Director of Contracting for UCSF Medical Group. Notably, Katie drove an increase in annual revenue by $12 million through strategic contract negotiations and analytics. Earlier career roles included Manager and Senior Associate at Triage Consulting Group, where Katie developed C-level client relationships and led consulting engagements across major hospital systems.
