Marvin Stein

Medical Director at Health Network One

Marvin Stein has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple decades. Marvin began their career as the President of South Florida Urology Consultants in 1978. Marvin continued in that role until 1990 when they became the President of Urology Consultants of South Florida Inc. In 2000, Marvin took on the role of Medical Director at Health Network One and also served as a MMM at Marshall School of Business/USC during that time. From 2003 to 2005, they were the Medical Director at International Urology Network. In 2018, they joined eviCore healthcare as an Associate Medical Director and Medical Doctor. Later, in 2019, Marvin became the Vice Chief of Surgery at Northwest Regional Hospital.

Marvin Stein completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Brooklyn College in 1967. Marvin then pursued a medical degree from the University at Buffalo, graduating in 1971. After that, they attended the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, specializing in general surgery from 1971 to 1973 and urology from 1975 to 1978. In addition to their formal education, Marvin obtained certifications in Master Medical Management from the University of Southern California and American Board Quality Assurance Utilization Review from the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians. Marvin is also a fellow of the American Institute of Health Care Quality. Marvin is board-certified in urology by the American Board of Urology.
