Lauren Doctoroff

Lauren Doctoroff, MD/MBA, currently serves as the Associate Clinical Director and Home-based Hospitalist at Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home since October 2023, providing hospital-level care to patients in their homes. In addition, Lauren holds the position of Associate Medical Director at Health New England and works as a Healthcare Consultant for The Center for Case Management, Inc., focusing on utilization management and physician advisor programs. Lauren has extensive experience in hospital management, having previously served as Senior Medical Director of Utilization Management and High Value Care at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Academic roles include an Assistant Professorship at Harvard Medical School since 2016. Educational credentials include an EMBA from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, an MD from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor's degree in Russian Studies from Harvard University.
