Murali Kashaboina

Murali Kashaboina has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles.

Murali most recently worked at Health New England as the Chief Data Officer (CDO), where they were contracted to establish data governance and stewardship processes. Murali directed strategic enterprise data and analytics initiatives, developed IT strategies, and reorganized the IT department. Murali also focused on developing cloud strategies to leverage cloud-enabled data and analytics capabilities.

Prior to that, Murali served as the Chief Digital/Innovation Officer at NuEra Automotive Solutions, where they led the delivery of a next-generation AI-driven data platform. Murali partnered with senior management to develop the company's business case, investment plan, and digital strategy.

Murali also held the position of Vice-President, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Architect at MultiCare Health System. Murali drove digital innovation and transformation by planning and completing complex digital health initiatives. Murali developed IT strategies and reference architectures to improve user and patient experience and managed a large team of technology professionals.

Additionally, Murali founded Entrigna Inc, a technology company providing real-time Big Data and IoT solutions. As the Founder, Chief Executive, and Chief Digital Officer, they transformed the startup into a top-50 tech startup and industry-recognized leader.

Earlier in their career, Murali worked at United Airlines, where they held various leadership roles. Murali led system integration and emerging architecture implementation, facilitated a merger, and saved millions of dollars in operating expenses. Murali also played a key role in software and application procurement savings, established enterprise architecture as an organizational practice, and held several technology roles within the company before 2007.

Before United Airlines, Murali worked as a Lead Software Engineer at SilverStream Software and as a Consulting Project Engineer at Caterpillar. Murali began their career at the University of Dayton, where they held various positions.

Murali Kashaboina has an extensive education history spanning multiple fields and degrees. They began their educational journey at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from 1991 to 1995. Following this, Murali pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Dayton, which was completed from 1996 to 1997.

In recent years, Murali has focused on expanding their knowledge in the fields of data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital transformation. They completed several certifications and programs to enhance their expertise in these areas. Notably, in 2017, Murali obtained certifications in "Neural Networks and Deep Learning," "Structuring Machine Learning Projects," and "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization" from Coursera.

In 2018, Murali continued their education by acquiring certifications in "Blockchain: Foundations and Use Cases" and "Network Protocols and Architecture" from Coursera. The following year, in 2019, they earned certifications in "Computing for Data Analysis" and "Linear and Discrete Optimization" from Coursera, along with completing a program on "Digital Transformation: From AI and IoT to Cloud, Blockchain and Cybersecurity" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Murali's pursuit of knowledge continued, as they accomplished certifications in "Introduction to Clinical Data Science" and "Data Science in Stratified Healthcare and Precision Medicine" in 2019.
