Jacky Chan

Jacky Chan is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in pharmacology and patient safety. Currently serving as the Patient Safety & Quality Assurance Lead at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand since July 2022, Jacky has previously held positions including Medication Safety Specialist Pharmacist at Counties Manukau Health and Clinical Governance Facilitator at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Jacky's expertise spans clinical pharmacy, quality improvement, and education, having contributed to various organizations such as the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and Counties Manukau District Health Board. Jacky holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy, and is pursuing a Masters of Health Leadership & Management at UNSW, further enhancing professional qualifications.
