John Bushnell has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. John started their career in the US Navy, where they served for over 10 years in roles such as Rescue Swimmer instructor, Training Supervisor, and Systems Operator. During their time in the Navy, they developed a new military training conditioning program that significantly increased retention of Rescue Swimmers.

After leaving the Navy in 2003, John joined Intrado as a Director of Program Management. John was responsible for growing the Support Organization and implementing Concierge Support Models, resulting in improved ticket resolution time and high customer satisfaction.

In 2020, John joined Well Health Inc. as a Professional Services Leader. John built a cross-functional team from scratch and achieved recognition as the best in KLAS. John played a crucial role in the development of the patient engagement platform.

Recently, in 2022, John joined Health Note as the Director of Client Services. This company is pioneering the clinical digital front door in healthcare. Their role involves providing seamless integration with EMRs and creating structured notes through pre-visit SMS.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership skills, team-building abilities, and a focus on improving customer satisfaction and retention.

John Bushnell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University. John also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Lean Training & Consulting, Inc. (LeanTAC).
