Khalif Moore

Khalif Moore has extensive experience in health care quality improvement and program coordination, currently serving as Supervisor of Quality Improvement & Performance at Health Partners Plans since December 2018. In this role, Khalif collaborates with leadership to enhance outreach efforts aimed at achieving key quality priorities such as STARS, HEDIS, and NCQA accreditation. Prior to this, Khalif held the position of Supervisor of Personal Care Connectors at AmeriHealth Caritas, where the focus was on implementing and managing a team to support care coordination for Medicare SNP plans. Khalif's career at Health Partners Plans also included roles as Clinical Program Coordinator and Outreach Coordinator, contributing to Medicare clinical coordination and outreach strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as an Outreach Specialist for the American Red Cross, coordinating donor programs. Khalif holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Communication from the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
