Compliance and Regulatory Affairs

The Compliance and Regulatory Affairs team at Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM) ensures that the organization adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. This team is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, conducting audits, addressing compliance issues, and maintaining active communication with regulatory bodies. They ensure that policies and procedures are in alignment with state and federal laws to protect the privacy and rights of over 145,000 County residents served by HPSM.
