Kevin Rasch

General Counsel at HPI

As HPI’s general counsel, Kevin acts as the chief legal counsel for HPI and its subsidiaries, managing legal exposures and collaborating with the businesses to ensure strategies, policies and programs are developed and executed with a recognition of all legal implications and risks. He also serves as the corporate secretary and is responsible for overseeing all corporate governance of the entities, including the oversight of an internal team providing regulatory support.

Prior to joining HPI, Kevin served as the vice president of Government Affairs and Programs for Harvard Pilgrim. In his career as a regulatory lawyer, he was responsible for leading a team of attorneys and lobbyists in the State and International Government and Regulatory Relations area for MassMutual.

Previously, he served for two years as the general counsel to the governor of the State of Connecticut, where he advised on all legal issues concerning the governor and the executive office. His experience also includes providing legal representation in private practice to corporations, as well as bond counsel to general obligation and revenue bond issuers.

Kevin holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Economic Analysis from Trinity College, a law degree from the College of William and Mary, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
