Laura W. has a diverse work experience in healthcare staffing and recruitment. Laura started their career as an EMT/Paramedic and worked for various EMS agencies from 2009 to 2014. Laura then joined ThedaCare as a CRT/Telemetry professional from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Laura transitioned into the staffing industry at TotalMed, Inc., where they held multiple roles. Starting as a Recruiter in the Travel Nursing Division, they created a supportive environment for new hires. Laura was promoted to Senior Recruiter and achieved significant growth in headcount.
