Bartosz Kaczmarczyk

Bartosz Kaczmarczyk is currently working as a predoctoral researcher at Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria de Santiago de Compostela, focusing on biomarkers in the field of rheumatology and epigenomics. Prior to this role, Bartosz gained experience as an intern at Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Gregorio Marañón, where Bartosz worked in the Pharmacogenetics and Pharmacogenomics laboratory. Bartosz is pursuing a PhD in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, following a Master's degree in Translational Medicine Research from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in Health Biotechnology from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

The Health Research Institute of Santiago de Compostela (IDIS) is a translational research, innovation and knowledge transfer centre which leverages and boosts synergies between the University and the Health Care Areas of Santiago de Compostela and Barbanza, and of Lugo, A Mariña and Monforte de Lemos. IDIS was officially certified as a research centre of the Spanish Health System by the Institute of Health Carlos III in March 2010.
