Nerea Lago Baameiro

Nerea Lago Baameiro is a dedicated researcher currently pursuing a PhD at the Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria de Santiago de Compostela, where experience spans from September 2019 to the present. Nerea also undertook a research stay at the University of Helsinki from March 2022 to June 2022. Prior to these roles, Nerea gained research experience at the same institute from October 2016 to July 2019 and at the CiMUS (Center for Research in Molecular Medicine and Chronic Diseases) in September 2016. Nerea holds a Master's degree in Investigación biomédica from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Biología from the same institution, earned in 2017.
