Kaitlin White

Kaitlin White is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in education and health service administration. Currently serving as a Public Health Analyst at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSAgov) since August 2019, Kaitlin previously held the position of Public Health Advisor at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) from January 2013 to August 2019, where duties included serving as a Contract Officer's Representative (COR), Level III. Prior to entering public health, Kaitlin worked as a teacher at Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School from June 2008 to June 2012, focusing on second grade and kindergarten education while implementing evidence-based teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Kaitlin began her educational career as a Kindergarten Student Teacher at Arcola Elementary School in 2007 and also contributed as a facilitator for JCADA's "It's Not Love" program in 2012. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Maryland, earned in 2008.
