Judith Foley

Judith Foley has over two decades of experience in public health and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Investments in Health and previously as the Director of Special Projects at Health Resources in Action since September 2010, Judith has made significant contributions to health initiatives. Prior experience includes working as a Sr. Program Officer at DentaQuest Foundation from 2004 to 2010 and as the Director at the Massachusetts Prevention Center from 1992 to 2004. Judith holds a BA in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master's in Science of Management with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Lesley University.
