Kenya Onley

Kenya Onley has extensive experience in health care management, serving as Chief Strategist and Sr. Director of Provider Network Management at Health Services For Children With Special Needs since July 2022. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Provider Network Management at The HSC Health Care System, Manager and Senior Consultant at BerryDunn's MPA Government Consulting Group, and various leadership positions at Magellan Health and Kaiser Permanente, including Sr. Director of Network Development and Sr. Director of Medicaid Operations, respectively. Kenya Onley holds a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Capella University and has additional educational background at the University of Maryland.
