Riza Tongson - Espe

Riza Tongson-Espe is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in complex care management and nursing. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Health & Social Care Services Limited, Riza also holds the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder/Clinical Director at the same organization, which is focused on nurse-led complex home care provision. Riza's leadership extends to international education as President of Electi International Language and Training Centre Inc and Talaytayan Language and Training Centre, as well as serving as Chairman of the Board at the Japan Higher Caregiving Education Foundation. Riza has a strong clinical background, having worked as a Specialist Nurse and in various nursing positions, including managing care for patients with complex needs at Tongson Specialist Services Ltd. Education includes a Registered Nurse degree from the California Board of Nurses and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mariano Marcos State University.
