Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, specializing in an online store for organic products focused on body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been serving as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a nutritionist at a private consultation from February 2016 to 2019 and was a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in business administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a bachelor's degree in food, nutrition, and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
