Paula Jayne White

Paula Jayne White is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Learning and Development Lead for Field Engineering at UL Solutions since June 2022, Paula oversees initiatives enhancing safety, security, and sustainability. Paula also contributes as a Community Advocate for Health Union, LLC, focusing on digital health connections, and serves as Principal at Lyric Professional Development, offering talent management strategies and learning program execution. Previous roles include Director of Professional Development at the Project Management Institute, Director of Packaged Solutions at Performance Development Group, Senior Talent Development Consultant at Towers Watson, and Vice President of Design at Richardson. Paula began a career in education as an instructor at the University of Delaware. Paula holds a PhD in English from the University of Delaware and a BA in English from La Salle University.
