Josh Ratner

Joshua Ratner has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations in the healthcare industry. Joshua is currently the Chief Executive Officer at HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley since 2023. Prior to this, they held multiple leadership roles at Westchester Medical Center, including Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. From 2009 to 2016, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer at HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley. Joshua has also worked at Saint Clare's Health System, NYU Langone Health, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Columbia University Medical Center, and Stony Brook Medicine in various administrative and program coordinator roles.

Joshua Ratner has a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, with a focus on Health Policy & Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Health & Society at Stony Brook University.
