Lisa Hebert

Lisa Hebert, HealthAxis’s Vice President of Product Management, focuses on the Medicare and Specialty plan market, providing end-to-end administrative technology and services for payers. Lisa is a solutions-oriented and conscientious leader with 20+ years of healthcare industry experience in technology solutions. She believes in having integrity, an openness to new ideas, and offering constructive feedback on what needs to be improved are critical to individual and organizational growth and maturity. Every day, she believes, should be one of learning, embracing new opportunities and ways to improve, and finding the pathways to get there.

Lisa is committed to modeling the values and behaviors that are crucial to a great culture. She believes that in order to grow a great culture, both the individuals but also the greater team must operate with honesty and integrity. She champions the idea that every successful culture begins with a leadership team that embraces and projects the ideals and behaviors they want to see, takes in feedback and learns from it, and works with a common goal and vision.

Building a collaborative culture is important to Lisa because it represents how they work together, but also it shapes how an organization approaches to change and innovates for the greater good; all of which impacts not only its employees but also customers, and ultimately, the patient.

Prior to joining HealthAxis, Lisa was the Senior Director of Product Management for NantHealth where she provided strategic leadership, input, and priority for all key product initiatives for NaviNet, a SaaS payer-provider collaboration platform. In addition, Lisa has previously served in multiple product and project leadership roles for HighRoads, Inc, Tufts Health Plan, and Best Doctors, Inc.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Westfield State University. She lives in the Boston, MA area and is an avid hockey fan, from her children’s youth leagues to the Bruins, she can often be found in a rink. In addition to various hobbies, Lisa is also a member of the Boston Product Management Association, a Product Management leadership group where she shares her experiences and ideas with other like-minded professionals.
