Joyce Power has over 10 years of work experience. Joyce began their career in 2007 as a Health and Safety Assistant at The Adelaide and Meath hospital Dublin, incorporating the national children’s hospital. In 2010, they took on the role of Quality Engineer at Realtime Technologies, where they were responsible for obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Quality Management Certification through internal and external audits, corrective and preventive actions, IQ, PQ and OQ tasks, generating KPI figures and implementation of 5S, cGMP and 21CFR 820. Joyce was also responsible for managing and introducing Lean Management projects, managing and implementing engineering change orders, generating quality statistics for review and management of non-conforming products, and Risk management expert for Process FMEAs and fishbone diagrams. In 2014, they became Quality Manager at Dublin Dental University Hospital. In 2016, they were promoted to Quality and Operations Director at HealthBeacon.

Joyce Power attended the University of Galway from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Health and Safety Systems with a focus in Safety and Risk Management. Joyce then attended the University of Limerick from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Masters in Quality Management. Finally, they attended Trinity College Dublin from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).
