Judith Majola (Pynappels) FBDO LVA (Hons)

Judith Majola (Pynappels) FBDO LVA (Hons) has been working in the optical industry since 2001. Judith began their career as an Optical Assistant at Specsavers, then moved on to Customer Services at Argos in 2005. In 2006, they became a Dispensing Optician at The Eye Centre Opticians, where they managed the shop floor and lab and dispensed the best optical wear available. In 2015, they returned to Specsavers as a Dispensing Optician and Instore Trainer. Judith then moved to Optica in Dublin as a Dispensing Optician in 2016, before taking on the role of Dispensing Optician at Specsavers Domiciliary Dublin in 2017. Here, they traveled in Leinster providing eyecare to those who were vulnerable and not able to travel to the stores. In 2019, they became Client Support Manager at HealthBeacon.

Judith Majola (Pynappels) FBDO LVA (Hons) began their educational journey in 1992 at Newry High School. In 2007, they continued their studies at the Association of British Dispensing Opticians College in Kent, where they earned their Fellowship Diploma in Dispensing Optics in 2010. Judith also holds an Honours degree in Dispensing Optics from the Association of British Dispensing Opticians.
