Nilesh Aher

Nilesh Aher has extensive experience in data analytics and data processing. Nilesh began their career in 2015 as an Associate Analyst at Accenture, where they developed shell scripts to process data from operational databases to data warehouse as per business requirements. Nilesh was also experienced in using Tableau & Power BI for interactive data visualization, and developed effective communication & presentation skills by communicating with senior management of client and with stakeholders. In 2020, they joined HealthBeacon as a Data Analyst Intern, and progressed to become a Data Analyst, Senior Data Analyst and Data Team Lead. During their time at Accenture, they experienced in performing data processing and statistical data analysis of automobile data for multiple departments to assist in decision making, and performed ad-hoc Exploratory Data Analysis and visualization of the data generated from workshop applications and presented key findings to stakeholders. Nilesh also collaborated with business heads (during an onsite assignment at client location in Germany) to identify operational improvements and strategic decisions based on data.

Nilesh Aher has a comprehensive educational background. Nilesh completed their Msc in Computer Science at University College Dublin from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology from 2011 to 2015. Nilesh also achieved an HSC (Higher Secondary Certification) in Science from K.R.T. Arts, B.H. Commerce & A.M. Science College, Nashik from 2009 to 2011 and an SSC (Secondary School Certificate), 10th from S.N.J.B Highschool, Chandwad, Nasik, Maharashtra, India. in 2008 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals from Coursera in February 2020, a Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure from Coursera in February 2020, a DQCP - 501 - DataQubez Certified Professional Data science Engineer from DataQubez Solutions in February 2019, and a Completed Eyebotics workshop at Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai.
