Kelly Lamont

Kelly Lamont has over 21 years of nursing experience and has held several key management positions in the healthcare sector. Currently, as the National Workforce Training Manager at Healthcare Australia since December 2004, Kelly oversees all internal training and trainer management. Previously, Kelly served as the Nursing Services Manager for NSW, ACT, and QLD, leveraging an extensive background as an Intensive Care Nurse specializing in cardiothoracic surgery and transplantation, as well as major burns. Earlier roles included Client Services Manager, focusing on business development and maintaining relationships with hospitals and aged care facilities, and Operations and Recruitment Manager, where Kelly managed nursing staff recruitment and allocations. Notably, Kelly began as an RN agency nurse in intensive care units before progressing through various nursing roles, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Sydney.
