Shane Thomas

Shane Thomas is an experienced leader in learning and development with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Education at Healthcare Australia since May 2023, Shane drives strategic learning initiatives aligned with organisational goals. Previously, Shane held various senior roles at Crown Resorts from July 2010 to September 2021, including Group General Manager of Learning and Development and Group Manager of Learning and Development, where efforts focused on enterprise-wide change and the development of high-impact learning strategies. Earlier experience includes positions at Crown Melbourne Limited, where responsibilities involved managing training and development functions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, as well as serving as the National Training Manager for Boost Juice Bars, overseeing the learning and development functions across Australia.
