Thomas Grumley has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Thomas started their career as a Sales Representative at Prudential Tropical Realty in 2008. Thomas then joined Simplex Healthcare in 2009, where they worked their way up from a Sales Representative to a Senior Sales Representative, then to a Patient Care Team Captain, and finally to a Patient Care Department Manager. At Simplex Healthcare, Thomas was responsible for managing various functions within the department, mentoring teams, and increasing revenue through sales volumes. In 2014, Thomas transitioned to Healthcare Bluebook, where they took on the role of TPA Sales Director. In this role, they increased revenue within existing TPA partners and established relationships with new TPAs. Thomas then became an Enterprise Sales Director, where they developed and maintained relationships with strategic partners and achieved sales targets. Most recently, Thomas served as the Sales Director, Strategic Markets at Healthcare Bluebook, where they were responsible for overall partnerships strategy and revenue performance for primary strategic partnerships, Public & Labor Sector, and Payer opportunities. Thomas has demonstrated their expertise in sales, leadership, and partnership management throughout their career.

Thomas Grumley obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued further education at Belmont University from 2012 to 2014 and successfully completed a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
