Carlos Tijerina has held various roles in IT application development and operations throughout their career. Starting as an IT Manager at Le Duff America, Inc. in 2013, they managed development projects, utilized Agile/Scrum methodologies, and worked on architecture and design. Carlos then moved on to Bank of America as a Program Manager, before joining RealPage, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Application Development in 2020. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of IT Application Development & Operations at Healthcare Highways, Inc.
Carlos Tijerina graduated with a BS in Computer Science from West Texas A&M University in 1997 after completing an Associate degree in Computer Technology at Amarillo College in 1993. Carlos also holds additional certifications such as PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, and Microsoft Technology Associate.
