Cherie Coenen

Cherie, Executive Vice President of Corporate Administration, is a strategic HR leader and savvy business professional with a breadth of experience across multiple HR disciplines, which she uses to help them shape their Health e(fx) offerings for the better. During her 15-plus years in HR and management, she has led diverse, high profile initiatives in the areas of system implementation, training, performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, organizational design, change management, and compliance.

Prior to Health e(fx), Cherie held leadership roles within a variety of fast-changing and competitive industries, including manufacturing, retail, and insurance. She holds a B.A. in human resource management from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
