Brett Flaten

Brett Flaten is an experienced construction and development professional with a robust background in various managerial roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Development Manager at MedCore Partners since August 2022, Brett has also held the position of Senior Construction Manager at Healthcare Realty since January 2018 and Project Manager at CGI Construction since March 2017. In addition, Brett was a Senior Development Manager at Encore Enterprises and served as Vice President of Development at Greenbrier Development from March 2019 to August 2022. With over a decade of experience at Greystone Communities as Departmental Vice President and senior project management roles at Collegiate Development and JPI Companies, Brett demonstrates extensive expertise in construction science and environmental design, supported by a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Texas A&M University.
