Tim Flanagan

Tim Flanagan is a seasoned professional in the healthcare recruitment industry, currently serving as Senior Partner at HealthCare Recruiters since March 2011, where expertise in placing experienced talent spans a diverse client base from Fortune 10 companies to early-stage start-ups. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Director of Sales at Medical Source Inc, focusing on recruitment for Physicians and Physician Assistants, and worked in sales for FTM Medical, selling capital medical equipment. Earlier experience includes serving as Area Business Manager for Sales in the New England territory for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices and a sales representative position at Xerox Corporation. Tim graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Stonehill College in 1997.
