Jamie McNair

Jamie Mcnair currently serves as the Director of Food Nutrition Services at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. since April 2024 and holds the position of Sous Chef at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar since September 2023. Previously, Jamie worked as a Sous Chef at Laurinburg Bar and Grill from November 2022 to January 2024 and gained experience as a Correctional Officer 3 in food service at the NC Department of Public Safety from March 2021 to January 2024. Additional culinary experience includes a role as Sous Chef at Kiawah Island Golf Resort from November 2020 to November 2021, focusing on line cooking. Jamie holds an Associate of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
